A T-shaped farmhouse; the rear wing has vestiges of C17 work; the front is circa 1830. Brown brick, Flemish bond to front; the rear wing is rendered, probably mid C20; grey slate roofs with flush gable chimneys. Ridge chimney opposite door of rear wing suggests a former lobby-entrance plan. The front is of three storeys and three windows with plain plinth, rusticated false lintels and cornice of stucco. Window openings to main rooms on lower two storeys contain paired twelve-pane sashes; paired six-pane sashes to third storey bedrooms; single sashes to landings; door of eight fielded panels. The rear wing of two storeys has a six-panel door and altered windows.
Interior: a few oak beams, one forked, in the rear wing; no features of special interest in the front wing.
