Farmhouse: dated 1672 internally, some C20 alterations.
Timber-framed on stone base, some brick repairs. Corrugated iron over
thatched roof, gable brick chimneys. 2-room baffle entry plan. 8 by
2 regular small frames to main portion of 2-storeys and 3-bays.
3-light metal casements, 2 in ground storey and one breaking the wall
plate, and half-glazed door at right end behind flimsy porch. Lower
1-bay portion to the right is also timber-framed with a casement and a
glazed door.
Interior: not inspected but provisional list records chamfered
ceiling beams, and a wide fireplace having a stone jamb with a corbel
engraved IM 1672. Carved wooden corbel on the wall post and original
purlins.
