Farmhouse. Mid/late C17. Coursed sandstone rubble with a slate roof
(originally thatched). Two cells, two storeys with later C19
addition. Entrance front: C20 porch to right with glazed door. To
left of this at ground floor level is one 3-light and one 2-light
casement window. One 2-light gabled dormer window to the first floor
at right of C19 date. C19 lower addition at right. The left hand
gable end has moulded ashlar kneelers and coping and a 2-light C19
casement window placed within a larger window opening, partially
blocked with brickwork. The rear has a rendered plinth and a C20
doorway to the right with ashlar lintel. To the left is one
single-light window and at far left a single-light inglenook window
with a chamfered ashlar surround, now blocked, to the right of which
is the end of the bressumer beam.
