(formerly listed as Old
12/1/1967 Cottage)

GV II

Cottage, early C17, plastered, brick nogged timber framing and
brickwork, with roof of large slates. 2 storeys, 3 bays including
added brick bay (north). A 2-bay brick rear wing (east) gives a "T"
shaped plan. Timbers in small framing mainly in facade. Replaced
casement windows with glazing bars. No front entrance. Gable
bargeboards with finials. Central stack.
Interior: Bevelled beams and exposed joists. Listed for group value
only.
