Public house. C17 with early C19 and C20 additions and alterations. Brick
with painted pebbledash render and plain tile roof. Two storeys.
Entrance front: three bays, semi-circular early C19 bow at left with
7-light windows to ground and first floors with wedge lintel to ground
floor window and painted stone sills to both floors. Two bays to
right of this with C20 lean-to porch at left and one early C19 sash
window to right and two similar windows to first floor right, all of 4
x 4 panes with painted stone sills and wedge lintels. Band between
floors of stretchers supported on alternately projecting headers.
Lateral gable end chimney stacks. C20 additions to rear.
