House. Circa early C19 with later C19 additions and few later alterations. Stone
rubble with brick and stone dressings. Hipped slurried slate roof with ridge tiles.
Stacks to sides with brick shafts.
Plan: Double depth plan, with central entrance and principal room to front left and
right. Rear service rooms. One-room plan addition of later C19 on the left side
with stack to left.
Exterior: 2 storeys, a symmetrical 3-window front. All windows are C19 16-pane
sashes with flat brick arches and keystones. Central panelled and glazed door set in
C19 trellis porch. The 2-storey addition to left has a lean-to roof and 2-light 6-
pane casement at ground floor and first floor, with cambered brick arches and brick
jambs. Right end blind.
Interior: Not inspected.
