1889/91. Symmetrical Neo-Tudor block with central tower, gabled end wings.
Red brick, stone dressings. Connecting sections between tower and wings
are recessed behind ground floor arcades and each has 3 tall windows.
Small spire in centre of roof ridge. Architect: E C Robins.
