C18. Red sandstone, quoins, eaves cornice, 3 storeys, with bands. Steeply
pitched slate roof, 3 12-paned sash windows on each upper storey in plain stone
architraves. Ground floor has late C18 Georgian shop front of centre double
doors and traceried fanlight, flanking curved windows with small panes, panelled
wood Ionic pilasters, cornice, glazed frieze to windows, and full fascia and
cornice over whole ground floor. Small moulded doorway to book yard on left.
