House, c1870. Incised stucco with corner pilasters, rusticated to ground floor,
on plinth. Cornice between floors; strings above windows on each floor and to
1st floor sills. Eaves cornice with shaped and pedimented gable over 2
left-hand bays. Welsh slate roof with stone coping and rendered chimneys. 2
storeys, 4 bays; two 1st floor bays set back on left. Semicircular-headed porch
entrance has hoodmould with labels and projecting keystone; paired sash to left,
2 sashes to ground floor right, and 4 above. All sashes in architraves with
splayed feet and scrolled aprons; upper windows have segmental heads with
keystones carried up as fluted pilasters. Pediment on fluted pilasters with
swag decoration between.
