House, formerly a pair of cottages. Early C18, possibly reworking of earlier
structure. Colourwashed plaster over timber frame. Thatched roof. 4-window
range, one storey and attics, openings to E (rear) elevation. E elevations: 3-
light casements to ground floor, eyebrow dormers with 2-light casements to attic.
All are C20, with leaded lights. Central plank door under open trellis porch
with tiled sloping hood. Red brick ridge stack between 2 LH bays, red brick
external stack to RH gable end. Single storeyed red brick addition to LH gable
end, with thatched roof and similar casement window. Road elevation: plain
except for C20 sloping roofed dormer.
