Inn now a private house, initialled and dated on lintel R.H.M.H. 1774 (R.C.H.M.
gives 1711). Coursed, squared rubble with quoins. Graduated stone-flagged roof
with stone end chimneys. Symmetrical 2-storey, 3-bay front has central glazed
door with paired sash on either side to each floor, all in stone surrounds.
Taller stables, adjoining west end, later; similar construction to house.
2 ground floor doors with hay loft access above; 2 windows.
