II
Farmhouse. Circa 1840s, rubblestone, slate hung to front and left-hand side. Slate
roof with hipped ends and deep overhanging eaves. Rendered axial stacks on rear
slope.
Double depth plan with room on either side of central stair hall and single storey
rear outshut.
2 storeys symmetrical, 3 window front. Ground floor with two 16-pane sashes with
horns and exposed sash boxes. Central, 6-panelled door with 4-panels glazed. Circa
late C19 porch with flanking side walls of snecked stone rubble, with granite
corbelled brackets supporting granite moulded roof.
