C18/19 Painted rubble, slate hung above ground with a slurried slate roof.
North-west front: two windows, sashes with glazing bars, margin lights to ground floor window. Modern door.
South-east front: slate hung and rubble elevations facing Hick’s Court with modern casement windows and half-glazed door. A doorway at far left of the ground floor of this front leads to storage for No. 6 Hicks Court and forms part of this listing of No. 8.  No.6 is not otherwise listed.

No. 8 Hicks Place forms a group with Nos. 25-27 Digey Street.
