1/51 Barn and horse gin, north
of Tickhill House.
G.V. II
Barn,c.1800; horse gin mid C19. Dressed sandstone; clay pantile roofs with
stone ridge and gable copings and block kneelers. Barn has 2 boarded doors
and one fixed-light window with glazing bars on ground floor of south face.
3 boarded doors in square openings to first-floor granary. Rectangular-plan
horse gin has openings in north and east sides, doorway in east face, and
hipped roof. Machinery now removed. Lower extension at west end of barn is
too much altered to be of special interest. Stables adjoining east end of
barn are not of special interest. Included for group value.
