2/184 Cottle's Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Mid - late C17, altered C19 and C20. Coursed rubble with pantile
roof, brick and rubble stacks. 2 storeys and garrets and four 2- and 3-light
casement windows, 2 under segmental heads at the right and one under an ovolo
moulded lintel at top left. Central C20 door and porch. Rear bakehouse and
cheese loft wing. Interior. Chamfered beams with step and run-out stops;
ovolo moulded lintel to fireplace in ground floor right room; 2 plank doors on
first floor, strap hinges with open scroll ends and in ovolo moulded surrounds.
