Cottage. C16 with later additions, two storeys, thatched roof swept down between first floor windows. Sarsen rubble and brick front with some timber framing to rear. Two structural bays. Right bay C17-18 in squared sarsen and brick quoins. Three modern casements first floor, four irregular casements around floor, six panelled stable type door to right of centre. Small one storey C18 bakehouse extension to left. Rear, small extension under catslide roof.

Internally: chamfered and stopped beams in central two bays. Queen post and strut trusses to roof. Tie on truss between end right bay and right central bay has mortices for diamond mullion window.
