Detached house. Circa 1720s-30s. Ashlar; stone slate roof behind a moulded para-
pet and a moulded cornice; ashlar stacks with moulded caps. 2 storeys and attics
in hipped dormers. On a corner site and thus 3 plus 2 windows at angle: glazing
bar sashes. Plain band over ground floor. 6-panel door in moulded surround and
under a pediment on consoles. Interior: Ground floor north-east (left) room:
fielded panelling to dado; egg and dart moulded cornice; moulded fire surround
with flanking round-headed cupboards which have fluted Ionic pilasters and cut
bracket shelves. South-west (right) room has large ashlar fireplace in ovolo
moulded surround.
