ST 75 NW COMBE HAY

10/25 The Old Rectory

- II

Rectory, now a private house. Mid - late C18 with C19 additions and
alterations; restored late C20. Ashlar on a rubble plinth; reproduction
stone slate roof behind a coped parapet and dentilled eaves cornice.
2 storeys, basement and attics in 5 hipped dormers. Five sash windows with
horizontal glazing bars; plain band over. Central panelled door in moulded
architrave and under a pediment on brackets.
