Walls, gatepiers and gates: walls probably C19 but parts
may be earlier. Gates late C19. Ashlar red sandstone. A
nearly complete circuit around the churchyard, except for
a break into the new burial ground. Low wall to street has
a triangular coping. Remainder has a semi-circular coping.
Walls curve into a gateway in front of the west door. Square
gatepiers with chamfered arrises have a moulding below a pyramidal
cap and finial. Pair of iron gates with speared verticals
with lancets at the top of panels. Lockrail with quatrefoils
and dogbars below with similar lancet heads to the panels.
