Well-head cover. Mid-C18. Hammer-dressed stone. Short wall 6 courses high has
stilted-arched doorway with wooden-door on strap-hinges. Ashlar coping with
roll-moulded edge with short return to left and right.
Part of the water-system to feed cisterns on the Heath Estate, and attributed
to the Smyth improvements at Heath Hall c1753.
