House, now partly shop. Late C18 with late C19 and C20 alterations. Painted brick
with stone dressings and Welsh slate roof. Three storeys and three bays. C20 shop
front to ground floor left and passageway through the building to Star Yard to the
right. Flush stone quoins above ground floor to left. First floor has 3 tall
sashes with glazing bars, probably C20, below flat stone arches with fluted
keystones, sash to right in considerably reduced opening. 3 similar windows above,
but arches truncated. To far left is a fluted C18 hopper head to bracketed downpipe.
Original moulded stone cornice with later brickwork above and C19 bracketed cornice
with moulded gutter. No stacks.
