House, now 2 dwellings. Late Cl? with late C18 and C19 alterations. Coursed rubble
and rendered brick. Stone slate roof, with 3 brick gable stacks, a single external
stack, and 2 rear brick stacks. 2 storey. 3 room hall and cross wing plan. South
front has off-centre doorway with overlight, and to the right a pair of plain
sashes, with above a rendered first floor band and above a pair of smaller plain
sashes, beyond an attached stable with hay-loft over. To the left a slightly
projecting gabled cross wing with 2 large plain sashes and above 2 smaller plain
sashes. West front has to left a doorway with overlight and adjoining plain sash,
to the right a pair of plain sashes. Above 2 pairs of plain sashes, those to the
left with glazing bars. To the right a large external stack. Rear, north front,
single storey below long cat-slide roof.
