and Barn

II


Farmhouse with barn at 90°. Late C18 or early C19. Hammer dressed stone. Stone
slate roof with gable copings on moulded kneelers. Two storeys. House: south
elevation: central doorway, one 3-light and one 2-light stone mullioned windows. To
first floor is continuous 12-light stone mullioned window. North elevation: central
doorway and later bow window. To first floor is central 3-light stone mullioned
window and two 2-light windows. To east gable is recent single storey extension.
Barn: east elevation: central door with segmental arch and quoins. One 2-light stone
mullioned window at high level (altered).
