Large farmhouse. Dated 1654. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Stone
slate roof, (turned) with gable copings on cut kneelers. Three large
ashlar gable stacks. Two storeys with continuous drip moulding over
ground floor windows on main elevation. L-shaped plan with gabled
wing and outshut to rear. Main elevation has 5-light window to left
and 5 + 2-light with king mullion to right, both double chamfered, and
two 4-light windows to 1st floor, chamfered and recessed. To right at
high level is round-arched fire window. Main entrance is on right gable
and has deep lintel with cambered arch, inscribed AD 1654 IB. To right
the wing has double chamfered 5-light window with hood mould, with 4-light
chamfered and recessed window to 1st floor. Round arched fire window to
right at high level.
