Villa now flats. Early C19, converted c1985. Ashlar. 2 storeys, 3 lst-floor
windows; single-storey wing to each side; rear wing. Central porch with paired
Roman Doric columns, frieze with triglyphs and modillioned cornice. To each
side a bay window. Central window above projects slightly. Modillioned eaves
cornice. Wings to each side in same style. Chimneys with modillioned cornices.
Rear: tall, round-arched stair window.
