Farmhouse, cottage and barn under one roof, now 2 dwellings, garage and flat.
Early C19. Coursed stone, stone slate roof. Laithe house plan. 2 storeys.
House to right: 2 lst-floor windows. Central board door in plain stone surround
with interrupted jambs. To either side, on both floors, a stepped 3-light
flat-faced mullion window in flush stone surround. Shaped kneeler, ashlar coping
and C20 stack to right. Cottage, to left of house: one lst-floor window. To
left of ½-glazed door in plain stone surround with interrupted jambs. To right
and above a 2-light flat-faced mullion window in flush stone surround. C20 stack
to right. Barn to left: 3 bays, the right bay now part of cottage. Central cart
door with quoins and voussoirs. To right, a C20 2-light flat-faced mullion
window. To left, outshut with C20 door and 2 C20 windows. In right return of
outshut flush stone surround doorway now C20 window. Slit vents. Truncated
kneeler and ashlar coping to left. Rear: a 3-light lst-floor window to house; a
2-light lst-floor window to cottage; a C20 outshut to barn.
