Latter part of C17; a symmetrical gritstone hall with 2-storey centre range
flanked by gabled wings. Stone slate roofs, saddlestones with prominent kneelers.
Four and 5 light chamfered mullion windows. Triple group of round-headed lights
on ground floor of centre range. All with dropped drip moulds. Four centred
arch, chamfered jamb doorway in squared head. Rear wing gabled with kneelers
and external chimney stack with offsets.
