Includes Nos 94 to 110 (even) Preston Street. Circa 1870-80 from blocks of
pairs of back to backs with simplified High Victorian Gothic details.
Two-storeys, sandstone "brick" with 3-storey now stepped gable flanking breaks.
Pointed arch single and coupled windows. The more ornately ornamented fronts
to Preston Road have pinnacles surmounting gables. Enclosed gabled porches
set in angles of breaks. Unusual and early example of this style of housing
in Bradford.
