Dated 1745. A broad, 2 bay cottage of 2-storeys, coursed gritstone with
flush quoins. Stone slate roof with prominent coped kneelers to gable ends.
Stone brackets supporting wooden gutter. Corniced chimneys. Circa 1800.
Four light square mullion first floor windows in squared surrounds. Left
hand of ground floor has 5 light chamfered mullion window in splayed reveal.
To right hand is a 2 light, former 4 light, similar window. Four panel door
to centre of front with squared jambs.
