Dated 1899. One storey. Dressed, coursed stone. Slate roof. Tripartite Gothic Revival composition. Gable at each end. Right hand one has two two-light mullioned and transomed windows under ogee moulding. Left-hand one has a five-light window with ogee moulding over centre (to the end of a hall). In the middle section of the building are three two-light windows (with perpendicular heads within rectangular frames) and left hand projecting porch, which is gabled (having crocketed finial and coat of arms in tympanum), flanked by ogee caps with pointed doorway under ogee moulding and with overlight of lancet glazing bars.
