Probably circa 1800. At south end of terrace. Symmetrical. Dressed courser stone.
2 storeys. Stone slab roof. Gable copings and kneelers. Paired gutter-blocks.
3 sash windows above. Central door below with open pediment over half columns and
foliage motif in zone of frieze. Fanlight with glazing bars in form of intersecting
semi-circles. Later 3-light bay windows on each side.
