Cottage. Late C18-early C19. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate
roof. 3 storeys. Single-cell Gable-entry doorway with monolithic
jambs to right of single window with plain stone surrounds, same above
retaining 4-paned sash. Coped front-facing gable with kneelers and
stack. Right-hand return wall has former taking-in door (altered to
window) to right of square window with plain stone surround with 4-paned
fixed glazing. 3 windows to 2nd floor, one of 2 lights with mullion.
Interior: Unusual oak collar beam truss, presumably to give greater
headroom to the top storey which was used for textile manufacture.
