Circa 1800-20. Two storey row of cottages. Thin sandstone "bricks"; first floor
sill band. Spaced "dentil" brackets to eaves of stone slate roofs. Most have
3 light square mullion windows to both floors, some are 2 light. No 424 is a
projecting gabled wing with saddlestone. The sill band returned from row. Two
single light squared stone framed windows, those on ground floor flanking doorway
with console brackets to cornice hood.
