Circa 1860, two-storey terrace with Italianate details. Sandstone "bricks"; deep
eaves cornice on shaped stone brackets above frieze; rusticated, chamfered quoins.
Hipped slate roof. No 12 has entrance to side road, 3 windows coupled to centre
and 2 canted bays on ground floor. Two windows to main terrace front, paired
sashes in architrave surrounds with cornices over on ground floor. The rest have
2 similar first floor windows, a canted stone bay window on the ground floor or a
tripartite corniced window and segmental stilted archivolt arched doorway with
panelled pilasters; the keystone rises up to projecting cornice which acts as sill
to the window above. Included for group value.
