One and two storeys; a pair of dwellings related in build to Nos 7 to 10 but altered early C19. Large irregularly coursed gritstone "bricks". Stone slate roofs. Originally with chamfered mullions to windows, now removed, splayed reveals, drip moulds. Plain doorways. Two storeys to west end with two-light (originally three- or four-light) square mullioned windows.
