Formerly part of Nos 8 and 10, mid to late C17 farmhouse of which No 12 forms the
cross gable wing. Coursed gritstone with stone slate roof, saddlestone with kneelers
to front gable. Two light, former 4 light, chamfered mullion window on first floor.
Two windows on ground floor with 2 and 5 round headed chamfered mullion lights, drip
moulds over. Rear elevation of gable end has 5 light chamfered mullion first floor
window with drip mould and chamfered mullion window of 6 round headed lights on ground
floor. Chamfered lintel.
