Built as one house circa 1830. Two-storey, ashlar front with sandstone "brick"
sides. Stone slate roof with modillion brackets to eaves. Three windows,
symmetrical about doorway; later C19 glazing, block walls, deep lintels. Plain
squared door surround and shallow cornice hood on long shaped brackets.
