Circa 1820 unusual survival of a town house of this date in Bradford. Two storeys,
dressed sandstone "brick". Hipped slate roof with flat eaves on very shallow
brackets. Three bay symmetrical front rising without break from shallow plinth.
Shallow revealed sashes, no glazing bars. Five panel door with rectangular fanlight,
framed by slender, engaged Ionic columns, dosserets over to cornice hood.
