House. Late C18. Rubble limestone, pantile roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows to 1st
floor. Raised quoins. Part-glazed panelled door in ashlar surround is flanked by
2-light horizontal-sliding sashes with glazing bars beneath arched heads. Similar
windows to 1st floor flanking central casement. Shaped kneelers and ashlar gable
copings. Brick end stacks. Later wing to rear left (forming No 5 Lime Avenue)
and flat-roofed extension in angle not of special interest.
