Former house, now shops and offices. Early C18 with C19 and C20 additions
and alterations. Magnesian limestone ashlar with stone slate and pantile
roof and brick stacks. 2 storeys, 4 first floor window. 4 C20 doorways
under oblong fanlights, that to left in C20 plate glass shop front. That to
right in C19 pilastered doorcase between plate glass windows with glazed
tiles below, in pilastered surround under modillion hood. Doors and shop
front to centre in probable C20 replica of surround and hood of that to
right. Remains of first floor ashlar band. First floor: 4-pane sashes in
chamfered architraves. Swept roof, hipped to left. Ridge and end stack.
