Parish boundary stone. Probably early to mid-C19. Painted millstone grit slab
approximately 1 metre high and approximately 1 metre wide. Two horizontal scored lines between which is inscribed 'INGLETON' and 'CLAPHAM', separated by a vertical V-shaped groove. Rear is plain.
The asset was previously listed twice also under the parish of Clapham-Cum-Newby as List entry 1212792. This entry was removed from the List on 21/09/2018.
