House. C15 origins, rebuilt late C18. Rubblestone with ashlar dressings,
graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central glazed door with
modern porch. All windows are 4-pane sashes with sill-like lintels and
sills. Shaped kneelers, stone coping, end stacks. Round medieval stack to
rear at eaves level. Left return has 2-light arched cusped window.
Interior: pointed-arched chamfered doorway with plain columns and capital to
either side in kitchen. Probably connected to Trinity College, Cambridge
which owned this part of Masham.
