Farmhouse and outhouse, now all one. C17 and early C18. Rubble, stone
slate roof. 2 storeys. Main block on right: 4 first-floor windows. Quoins
to ground floor only. Between bays 3 and 4, C20 part-glazed door in
chamfered, quoined suround, with traces of pointed arch above. In bays 3
and 4, 2-light flat faced mullion windows with wave-moulded arris. To left,
a 2-light window on ground floor, and single-light fire window above.
Further left, a 2-light flat-faced mullion window with wave-moulded arris.
Stack between bays 1 and 2. Left return: line of older, lower roof-line,
with steep pitch for thatch coming down to present first-floor level. To
left, former outhouse: lower, 2 first-floor windows. Ground floor: C20
part-glazed door in early C17 quoined surround with ovolo moulding on arris
and 4-centred arched head. First floor: 2 single-light chamfered windows.
Interior: main block, ground floor room to left of door: stop-chamfered beam
and joists, also ingle-beam. Stone staircase.
