House of later C18. Hammer-dressed stone and stone slate roof. Two storeys and 3-bay
symmetrical front. The windows have plain stone surrounds and are sashed. Chamfered
rusticated quoins, and stone brackets to eaves. Stone doorcase of 2 engaged Ionic
columns carrying sections of entablature and an open pediment over a round-headed
doorway with keystone. Modern 12-panel door. Fanlight with curved glazing bars. Two
chimneys. Right-hand gable end has a small Gothick window in gable. Rear has large
Gothick stair window and 2 sashes with glazing bars.
