Farmhouse. Mid C17 with C18, C19 and C20 alterations. Squared rubble, stone
dressings, stone slate roof. Rear to street. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Right of centre
entrance has early C19 plain surround, plank door. Left-hand ground floor formerly
6-light chamfered mullioned window, now only 3 mullions remaining. Right-hand
ground floor formerly 4, now 2-light chamfered mullioned window. Between floors
is left-hand blind window with moulded surround. On upper floor: single light,
two 3-light and a 4-light double chamfered mullioned windows. Mixture of wooden
casements, fixed lights and 6-pane sashes. Gable end ridge stacks. Rear contains
left-hand continuous outshut. On ground floor: two 2-light double chamfered
mullioned windows. 2 similar but smaller windows on upper floor of 3 and 2-lights
respectively. Right-hand early C18 entrance to garden has roll moulded surround
and basket arched head with imitation voussoirs; plank door.
