Farmhouse and outbuilding under 1 roof. Dated 1760. Coursed rubble, stone
slate roof. 2 storeys. Quoins. Ashlar surrounds to openings. Farmhouse:
3 first-floor windows. Between bays 2 and 3, C20 part-glazed door in
JE
"GEA"
surround on plinths, with inscription above doorway 1760. 6-pane sash
windows except for 16-pane sash on first floor in bay 3. Ground-floor
windows have dripstones. Outbuilding to left has 1 bay of 4-pane sashes to
left. Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings. Stacks at ends of farmhouse and
left end.
