2 houses, now 1. Mid C18. Roughcast; pantile and concrete interlocking
tile roofs. 2 storeys, 3:3 first-floor openings. Left-hand house: ground
floor, to right, studded board garage doors. Above, a studded board pitching
door. To left, a 4-pane fixed-light window on each floor. In centre on
first floor, blind opening with recut sundial and name "MILL HOUSE" in
ashlar surround. Pantile roof. Shaped kneeler, ashlar coping to left.
Brick stack to left end. Right-hand house: openings have ashlar surrounds
with keystones. Central part-glazed door. 4-pane sash windows. Concrete
interlocking tile roof. Shaped kneeler, ashlar coping to right. Brick end
stacks The house on the left was at one time used as a corn mill driven by
a diesel engine.
