Water-powered textile mill, now house and outbuilding. c1785. Rubble,
stone slate roof. 3 storeys, 5 first-floor openings, with 2-storey rear
wing. Quoins, also at straight joint between bays 3 and 4. Doorways in
bays 3 and 4, and on first floor in bay 1. 4-pane sash windows in house at
right end. Stack between bays 3 and 4, and large paired-stack forming bell-
cote at right gable. Built as a cotton mill, later converted to flax.
