monuments in churchyard, approxi-
mately 1-3m south of nave, Church
of St Leonard

Chest tomb. 1801. Limestone, and 4 near coffin tombs of early
C18. Chest tomb has moulded table and base, and fielded panelled
sides. To John Scameld of Chicksgrove, died 1801(?), and wife
Elizabeth, died 1788. Four coffin tombs, also limestone, with
hipped tops, one displaced dated 1703, one of 1706, and two
illegible.
