Estate cottage. 1903, for Sir Edward Tennant. Rendered brick
and thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 3 bays, with entrance
between first and second bays in a rustic log and thatched porch.
Leaded timber windows, and 2 dormers each side. Upper floor is
jettied at north gable end. South gable has datestone reading EPT
1903. Roof half hipped to north end, and massive brick stack
opposite entrance. Secondary stack to north end room rear wall.
